SM/JSM: Om man har klarat en A-tid är man även berättigad att simma grenar där man har klarat B-tid. Har man enbart klarat B-tider och ingen A-tid får man inte simma någonting alls.
Grand Prix: JSM B-tider gäller som kval. På GP simmas inte lagkapper och 100m medley.
